Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Systems LLC (“Findcheap”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Findcheap browser extension and the findcheap.ai website (together, the “Service”). By installing the extension or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Findcheap searches marketplaces and other online stores for listings that may match a product you are viewing, and shows you alternatives that may be cheaper. Results are drawn from third-party sources in real time. Findcheap is a search and discovery tool: we do not sell products, process payments, or fulfill orders.

Prices, availability, shipping, seller information, and product details shown in results come from third-party marketplaces and data providers. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and they can change between the moment we show them and the moment you reach the seller’s site. A listing we show as a match may differ from the product you were viewing in condition, variant, authenticity, or otherwise. Always verify the price, the product, and the seller before buying. We make no promise that any result is accurate, that a cheaper alternative exists, or that any listed offer remains available.

Results link to third-party websites. Your dealings with any seller — including purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and disputes — are solely between you and that seller, governed by the seller’s own terms and policies. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their conduct.

Marketplace and retailer names, logos, product titles, and product images shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the products and sources of listings. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement of or by, Findcheap.

The Service is currently free to use. Some links to sellers may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking them — at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change which results we show or their order.

An account is optional. If you create one, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

You agree not to:

• access the Service by automated means or use it to build a dataset or competing service;
• probe, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the Service’s security or rate limits;
• reverse engineer or misuse the Service’s APIs, except where law permits notwithstanding this restriction;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service’s software, design, and content (other than third-party content described above) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for its intended purpose. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDCHEAP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING RELIANCE ON ANY PRICE, LISTING, OR RESULT, OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH A THIRD-PARTY SELLER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold Findcheap harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may update these terms; if we do, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date, and material changes will be highlighted here. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
